Mike Klint – Facility Events Manager

As Facility Events Manager at LMCU Ballpark, Mike takes great pride in details and presentation. Whether your event includes parking lot rentals, concerts, festivals, fundraisers, or other experiences, Mike has been making ballpark clients happy for over 14 years.

Mike graduated from Central Michigan University (Fire Up Chips!) with a business management degree. He worked as a Berlin Raceway Operations intern before joining the Whitecaps in 2007. Mike enjoys watching sports and fishing in his spare time.

Alanna Klomp, CMP, CMM – Corporate Event Sales Manager

Alanna is an experienced Meeting and Event Planner and Sales Manager with a strong history of working in the sports industry. Her clients rave about her communication, detailed planning, and execution of the details. 

Corporate gatherings, picnics, team building meetings, weddings, holiday parties and other ballpark experiences are where Alanna can be most helpful to you! She holds both the executive level Certificate in Meeting Management (CMM) and Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designations. Alanna graduated from Valparaiso University with a degree in Business Management.

Matt Schumaker – Event Chef

When you’re at the ballpark and smell something mouth-watering, follow that aroma and you’ll find Chef Matt at work. Chef Matt is constantly working on creating mouth-watering, visually wonderful, meals for our clients. He joined the food and beverage team at LMCU Ballpark in the winter of 2020. 

He honed his foodie skills in Prescott Arizona and delighted customers as Executive Chef at McMenamins Pubs & Breweries in bend Oregon before moving to west Michigan.

When Chef Matt is not creating he enjoys sports, paddle boarding, traveling and exploring.
