It’s short, it’s sweet – it’s ONLY 1 minute!!! YOU CAN DO IT! Everyone is invited to participate to the best of their abilities!
Then, if you want, join for a 45 minute workout after we bust this record!

The Big Give is a 501(c)(3) dedicated to helping kids in West Michigan get the school supplies and Christmas gifts they need and want. All supplies and gifts are purchased in West Michigan and given to children in 10 different school districts in the West Michigan area.
